Lisa has been in the cosmetology industry for over 17 years. She started out as a stylist. She worked her way up from a Master Stylist into management, then became an "Artistic Director" (educator) . She now owns "Lisa Marie's Creative Hair Design in Melbourne, Fl.
She is also the author of two Hair Cutting Books:
She continues to write about hair and is working on her third book.
She utilizes her writing and career expertise in cosmetology, to educate current stylists, and beginner or prospective cosmetology students.

I enjoy being creative, and designing major before and after changes. But, I also like to bring out the natural beauty in my clientelle. This can be done with a simple cut or semi permanent color only. One of my priorities is to listen to your needs, before making a decision. It is important to look good----but most importantly to feel good inside. I will give you my professional opinion regarding your choice of style based on your face shape, skin tone, and lifestyle. But, I will also respect your decision. I will patiently work with you to create a style that fits your needs."
